In a nutshell: This study’s objective is to discuss successful methods in reducing central line–associated bloodstream infections (CLABSIs) and suggests requirements such as  a multidisciplinary team approach to line maintenance and insertion as well as parents involvement and implementation of an action plan and a rigorous reporting schedule.
